Methodology

Data Collection

Each month, we draw from a continuously refreshed pool of public content spanning brand channels and a curated network of professional voices. Content is categorised by theme and sub-theme through an automated classification layer.

Share of Voice

Presence is measured as a brand's share of audience engagement on any given theme, relative to the total engagement that theme generates across the competitive set. Tracked over rolling periods to surface momentum shifts.

Persona Interest

A professional voice is considered aligned to a theme when their content output reflects a consistent pattern of engagement with it — calibrated to their individual activity baseline. Signals are aggregated over longer windows to filter out noise.

Posting Efficiency

A normalised index comparing how much a brand publishes on a theme against how much the target audience demonstrably cares about it. The gap between the two surfaces either untapped opportunity or misallocated effort.
