METHODOLOGY

Source

All data in this dashboard is sourced directly from OneStream's published report "The Glass Chair: Unlocking the value of women in finance" (2025), produced in partnership with Man Bites Dog, Cebr, Coleman Parkes Research, and Bang Analytics. No data has been fabricated or estimated.

LinkedIn Analysis

Bang Analytics analysed 346 CFO LinkedIn profiles — 86 women and 260 men — from Fortune Global 500 and FTSE 100 companies. Career trajectories, transitions, and skills were examined to identify traditional vs non-traditional paths.

Economic Analysis

Cebr collected share prices of 100+ large publicly traded companies across the UK, Europe, and the US with female CFOs. Annualised returns were benchmarked against sector indices over matching periods.

Opinion Research

Coleman Parkes surveyed 700 senior finance professionals (350 men, 350 women) — CFOs, Senior Finance Directors, and Finance Directors — across the USA, UK, France, Germany, and Australia.

Data Integrity

Only figures explicitly stated in the published report are displayed. No interpolation, modelling, or fabrication has been applied.
