Methodology

Signal Collection

We continuously scan LinkedIn public posts from UK-based professionals whose titles, skills, or company descriptions indicate CX design, UX/UI design, service design, or product design roles. Posts are captured via keyword taxonomy covering AI, generative design, automation, Figma AI, and related terms.

Relevance Filtering

Each post is scored for topical relevance (Group A: CX/UX relevance, Group B: AI relevance). Only posts with dual relevance are retained for analysis.

Sentiment Classification

Retained posts are classified as Positive (opportunity, excitement, productivity gain), Neutral (informational, balanced), or Negative (concern, displacement anxiety, scepticism) by a fine-tuned sentiment model.

Entity & Topic Tagging

Posts are tagged for specific tool/platform mentions (Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Framer AI, Galileo AI), topic clusters (workflow automation, generative UI, role evolution, ethics), and engagement metrics.

Geo-Targeting

Only UK-based professionals are included in the primary analysis.

All data, profiles, quotes, and metrics shown are illustrative mock data created for demonstration purposes. No real LinkedIn data was used in this prototype.
